Terms
Last updated 11 October 2026
The short version
Inerflo helps you keep track of clients, work and time. It is run by Inerflo. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so anyone who can read that inbox can open your account. Keep it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has been in.
You need to be 18 or over, and the email address you use must be your own.
Your content
Everything you add (clients, work, notes, comments, times and invoices) stays yours. We only store and process it to run Inerflo for you. We don't sell it or show it to anyone else.
You are responsible for what you add, including having the right to keep details about your own clients.
Using Inerflo fairly
- Don't use it for anything unlawful.
- Don't try to get into other people's accounts or data.
- Don't overload, probe or disrupt the service.
Invoices and money
Inerflo drafts invoices from the work you mark as done. It is a record-keeping aid, not accounting or tax advice. Check every invoice before you rely on it. Your tax and legal obligations remain yours.
Price
If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged.
Reliability
We work to keep Inerflo running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Reminders can arrive late or not at all, so don't rely on them alone for anything critical.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, lost data or other indirect losses from using Inerflo. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Leaving
You can stop using Inerflo whenever you like. Email hello@yourdomain and we'll delete your account and everything in it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as Inerflo grows. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Carrying on using Inerflo after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions go to hello@yourdomain. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
